Whenever I go to dabba I never forget to taste this lassi there...To get the exact taste of Lassi you have to make curd at home. I used full cream milk to set curd and added ¼ teaspoon sugar to it while setting this will make the curd set well.
R loves to have this lassi after having spicy, heavy, non vegetarian meals on Sunday. Sometimes he makes it by himself when I am held up with some other work.
This is a simple cardamom flavored lassi, quick and easy to make at home.
Thick Curd – 1 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 or 2 pinch
Badam – 1 teaspoon (Chopped)
Sugar as required
In a bowl add Curd, Sugar and Cardamom powder.
Mix it well and pour it in a lassi glass.
Top it with Chopped Badam or you can even add dry fruits.
Serve it chilled.
